What are lab-grown diamonds?
A lab-grown diamond is a carbon crystal (which may contain nitrogen) created in a laboratory using the CVD method, etc., and then polished. The ingredients are the same as natural diamonds. In addition, it is a conflict-free diamond that can solve problems such as child labor, human rights violations, and environmental destruction in the background of modern natural diamonds.
Are lab-grown diamonds real?
yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical, optical properties and brilliance as natural diamonds.

About buying diamonds
Will I actually receive the same item that I ordered from the online store?
yes. Of course, we have a certificate, a discrimination agency, and a serial number, but when it comes to quality, our experts will select the highest quality. In addition, as an advantage of online sales, it is now possible to purchase directly, so there is no brand fee or commission, and an environment where you can purchase at a more appropriate price has been realized. Regarding delivery, we use DHL, FedEX, and major shipping companies in Japan to ensure safe and secure delivery with tracking. Is there a guarantee?
Orders for loose diamonds: As a general rule, items ordered from Crown Jewels cannot be returned or exchanged. However, although it is conditional for the product, we will attach a lifetime compensation service such as repair. Please feel free to contact us regarding compensation details.
Can I order items or loose diamonds that are not on your website?
We will update the inventory and products on the website from time to time. We have many products and loose diamonds that are not listed on the site, so please feel free to contact us. We will find a diamond just for you according to your wishes and budget.
Is it possible to return or exchange the product?
In any case, we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment.
Gemological Terminology and Lab Information
When I buy diamonds, I hear the term "eye clean". What does that mean?
In the diamond industry, clarity is determined by how many inclusions in the diamond are visible to the naked eye. This is one of the evaluation criteria for diamonds, and anything above VS1 can be said to be eye clean. SI1, SI2 and I1 diamonds may not be eye clean as inclusions are easily visible. So please contact us if you have any questions about purchasing.
Do you issue and provide certificates for diamond jewelry and loose diamonds?
yes. At Crown Jewels, diamond appraisers with over 7 years of experience issue certificates. (Mainly GIA, IGI, SGL) In principle, all diamonds over 0.3ct on the website come with a certificate of authenticity. Please let us know if you need other certificates or certifications.
Does Crown jewels have diamonds with an IGI certificate?
yes. We have the largest number of certified lab-grown diamonds in the industry. We also take pride in offering high quality products. Please contact us as we may be able to provide items that are not available online.
Shipping/Quality/Customer Care-Shipping Methods
What is your shipping method?
We ship with tracking from DHL, FedEX, UPS and major domestic shipping companies. Direct delivery is also possible if it is in Osaka city.
How long does it take from order to shipment?
We have a delivery time of about 5-8 weeks. Regarding delivery, please allow two business days as a guideline, depending on where you live.

Returns/Exchanges
Can I exchange my order for a different product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will only accept return requests within 7 business days if there is negligence on our part. Please refer to the information sent separately to the customer regarding the conditions for returns and exchanges.
Can I cancel after ordering?
It may be possible before shipment, so please check directly by e-mail or phone.
Please note that custom orders (fully made-to-order) may not be returned or exchanged even before shipment.
Care for your jewelry
Are there any precautions when using jewelry in daily life?
We recommend that you remove your jewelry when bathing, entering the pool or ocean, exercising, or using detergents containing chemicals.
Also, when cleaning by yourself, prepare lukewarm water, a neutral detergent, a soft toothbrush, a fine-textured cloth or towel, wash with detergent and a brush, and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
If I don't wear my purchased jewelry, can I keep it in pristine condition?
As you said, the principle remains the same. However, please note that it may cause deformation or damage depending on the storage conditions. (e.g. high temperature and humidity, closed space, rapid temperature change, etc.)
When purchasing a ring
Is there engraving availabe on engagement ring?
yes. We will do it for free. Engraving of up to 12 alphabetic characters is possible for rings other than full eternity rings. However, depending on the design, the number of characters may be limited, so please check when ordering.
About ring size
If you are unsure of your exact size, please follow the steps below to find out. Please take a look at the ring size chart on the site, measure with a tape measure at home, and check that the number matches the size chart. Customers who come to the salon in Osaka city can actually measure. Even if it is difficult, if you want to know the size more accurately, you can also measure at a nearby jewelry shop, so please check it once before purchasing.
