Conditional lifetime warranty

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality lab-grown diamonds and diamond jewelry. For this reason, we provide a lifetime warranty (with conditions) so that you can use it with peace of mind. If you believe your jewelry has a problem or defect, please contact us so that we can inspect it after it is returned and determine what to do next.

Our lifetime warranty includes center and side stone tightening services for a fee.

The claws that hold the diamond may become loose or distorted due to wear and tear from everyday use. These are not quality defects but damage caused by external factors, so please contact us at any time when building.

・Quality control and maintenance of ingots


Maintenance is required to maintain the quality of precious metals. We recommend applying a rhodium-plated coating every 3-5 years to prevent scratches and tarnishing. We provide our services to our customers only at actual costs (shipping and coating fees). Please contact customer service.

・Note: Repair
If there is a problem with your jewelry, you can send it to us for repair even if it is not covered by our lifetime warranty policy. If there is a charge after inspection, we will contact the customer in advance to confirm.
・The warranty will be void in the following cases.
We do not accept jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a third party. Also, we cannot provide a lifetime warranty or paid/free service for products not manufactured by us.

Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges

Please see our policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Once in production, cancellation may not be possible or fees may be charged. In addition, a cancellation fee of 20% of the purchase amount will be charged for full order and custom jewelry.

Refunds will be made within 3-4 business days after completing the procedure.
